Payment:
When making the reservation will be charged 25% of the total in credit card
to guarantee the reservation. All bookings are considered provisional until the deposit charge. The rest
charged by direct debit the provided credit card or by cash payment. The apartment complex will contact you before arrival to confirm the payment method you prefer.
To coordinate the delivery of keys and entry into the apartment, you must call 24 hours prior to the contact listed on the booking confirmation.
Cancellation
If canceled up to 7 day (s) before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no-show the hotel will charge 25% of all nights.
During the month of August if you cancel up to 25 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled later or do not show the hotel will charge the stay.
